Upload your photo, choose from 200+ hairstyle options, and see realistic previews generated by our AI technology. User Accounts and Registration

Account Creation: To access certain features of the service, you need to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.

Credits and Payments

AI Hair operates on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased as one-time payments (no subscription required).
Credits are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
All purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Prices are subject to change with notice to users.
Payments are processed securely by third-party providers (Stripe, Creem).

Content and Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided through AI Hair, including but not limited to the AI models, generated images, interface design, and documentation, is protected under copyright law. The copyright owner is aihaircut.net.

You retain ownership of photos you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process them for hairstyle generation.
Generated hairstyle preview images are for your personal use.
You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute our AI technology.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using AI Hair:

Uploading NSFW, nude, sexual, pornographic, or otherwise adult content
Uploading photos of any person without their consent, or photos of minors in any inappropriate context
Using the service to create deceptive, defamatory, or harmful imagery
Uploading inappropriate, illegal, or harmful content
Attempting to extract or reverse-engineer our AI models
Interfering with or disrupting the security or performance of the service
Using the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Attempting to bypass any security features, content-moderation controls, or credit limitations

AI-Generated Content and Acceptable Use

AI Hair generates hairstyle previews using third-party AI image-generation models (including Google's Gemini image models, accessed via providers such as Kie.ai and OpenRouter). To produce a preview, your uploaded photo and a fixed hairstyle prompt are sent to these models; the model used may change over time. Details of how this data is handled are described in our Privacy Policy.

Every generation request is automatically screened by a content-moderation system before it reaches a model. Requests involving NSFW, nude, sexual, exploitative, or other prohibited content are blocked and no image is generated. AI-generated previews are approximations for personal, hairstyle-preview purposes only.

Privacy and Data Collection

Uploaded Photos: Processed for hairstyle previews and deleted within 24 hours
