Terms of Service

By accessing or using AI Haircut (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

AI Haircut provides an AI-powered hairstyle visualization service that allows users to preview different hairstyles on their photos. Image transformations are generated using Google's Gemini image generation model (also known as “Nano Banana”), accessed through third-party AI infrastructure providers. The service is provided “as is” and results are for visualization purposes only.

When using our service, you agree to:

• Upload only photos you have the right to use
• Upload photos only of yourself, or of people who have given you their explicit consent
• Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the service
• Not upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content

Because our service generates images from user-uploaded photos, you must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. In particular, you may not use AI Haircut to create, upload, or generate:

• Sexual, pornographic, or otherwise NSFW content
• Violent, graphic, or gory content
• Hateful, harassing, or discriminatory content
• Any content that sexualizes or endangers minors (CSAM), which is strictly prohibited and reported to authorities
• Deepfakes, impersonation, or content depicting a real person without their consent
• Content that infringes any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property or privacy rights

The full list of prohibited categories, our enforcement actions, reporting channel, and content-moderation process are described in the Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

If you violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, or if we reasonably suspect such a violation, we may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, take one or more of the following actions:

• Remove or block the offending content or generated images
• Issue a warning, or suspend or permanently terminate your account and access to the Service
• Forfeit or freeze any remaining credits or subscription entitlements, without refund, where the violation warrants it
• Retain and disclose relevant information to law enforcement or other authorities where required by law or to prevent harm (for example, in cases involving CSAM or credible threats of violence)

You remain responsible for any loss, damage, or liability arising from your violation of these Terms, and you agree to indemnify AI Haircut against claims resulting from your misuse of the Service or from content you upload or generate. These remedies are in addition to any other rights available to us at law.

AI Haircut operates on a credit and subscription based system:

• Paid credits and subscription allowances are made available after successful payment through our third-party payment provider
• Subscription allowances refill each billing cycle and unused amounts do not roll over unless stated otherwise
• Each hairstyle transformation consumes credits as specified at the time of use
• Except where required by applicable law, payments and used credits are non-refundable

You retain ownership of photos you upload. The generated transformed images are provided for your personal use. AI Haircut retains all rights to its technology, algorithms, and service infrastructure.

AI Haircut is provided for entertainment and visualization purposes. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of results or their resemblance to actual hairstyle outcomes. We are not liable for any decisions made based on our service's output.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice. We may also update these terms periodically, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
