Acceptable Use Policy

AI Haircut lets you upload a photo and generate hairstyle previews using AI image generation. This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out what you may and may not do with the Service. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service. By using AI Haircut you agree to comply with this AUP.

You may not use AI Haircut to upload, create, generate, store, or share any of the following categories of content:

• Sexual or NSFW content — nudity, sexually explicit or suggestive material, or any pornographic content.
• Violence or gore — graphic violence, self-harm, or gory, shocking imagery.
• Hate speech — content that promotes hatred, harassment, or discrimination against people based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
• Child-unsafe content (CSAM) — any content that sexualizes, endangers, or exploits minors. This is strictly prohibited, will be removed immediately, and reported to the relevant authorities.
• Deepfakes & impersonation — uploading photos of, or generating images depicting, a real person without their explicit consent, or using the Service to impersonate, defame, defraud, or mislead.
• IP & rights infringement — content that infringes any copyright, trademark, publicity, or privacy right, or that you do not have the right to upload or transform.

You must only upload photos of yourself or of people who have given you their explicit consent to be used with the Service.

We use a combination of automated safety filters (including the built-in safety systems of the underlying AI image models we rely on) and human review to detect and prevent prohibited content. Uploads and generated images may be automatically screened, and we may review content that is reported to us or flagged by our systems. We may refuse, block, or remove any content that we believe, in our reasonable judgment, violates this AUP.

If you believe content on AI Haircut violates this policy — including non-consensual imagery, impersonation, or infringement of your rights — please report it to us at support@aihaircut.net. Please include a description of the content, where you encountered it, and (if relevant) proof of your rights or consent. We review every report and aim to respond within 24 hours on business days. Reports involving child safety are treated as our highest priority.

If you violate this AUP, or we reasonably suspect a violation, we may take one or more of the following actions at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice:

• Remove or block the offending content or generated images
• Issue a warning to your account
• Suspend or permanently terminate your account and access to the Service
• Forfeit or freeze remaining credits or subscription entitlements, without refund, where the violation warrants it
• Preserve evidence and report to, and cooperate with, law enforcement or other authorities where required by law or to prevent serious harm

These actions are in addition to any other remedies available to us under the Terms of Service or applicable law.
